Well, (say well like you were Ronald Reagan) now there is a question. I live in the civilised part of the world, where we use metric, but som parts of the evil empire that uses the middle age system where 100 cm or 1 meter equals 3,280839 units of someones feets? So, should I as a good European, use the Queens way of writing it, Fibre.
And to be honest, there is not much in the way of good language skills in this Laser-operator, so i went for the Fiber-Laser.
SPI Lasers is an international company that services businesses and industries all over the world, and so we use the American English spelling, which is “fiber” laser. However, you may find them also referred to as fibre lasers, taking the UK English version. Don’t get confused, they both do the same thing!
So from now on, i will probably write Fiber & Fibre like it was a consulting agency.
